How to: Turn scroll bars on and off.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu, then click the 'View' tab. Select the 'Horizontal Scroll Bar' or 'Vertical Scroll Bar' check box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The 'Options' dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'View' tab.
3) In the 'Window Options' group, select the 'Horizontal Scroll Bar' and/or the 'Vertical Scroll Bar' check box.
4) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: To turn the scroll bars off, repeat the above steps. A check in the check box shows that the scroll bar is on, a blank check box shows that the scroll bar is turned off.
